Work you'll do

•Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships both internally and externally, coupled with a strong interest in further integrating operations with technology skills and identifying business needs.

•Build, forecast, and report on metrics that drive strategy and facilitate decision making for key business initiatives. 
•Comfort with extracting, manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and strong passion for data driven research for answering hard questions with data
•Develop machine learning models and appropriate methodology for Outlier Detection, Fraud Identification and employ analytical solutions on real world problems.

•Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods, run machine learning tests and experiments, develop frameworks to Train and retrain systems when necessary, and extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
•Propose optimization and testing models for functional business analysts,
•Quality assurance and testing of analytical routines and data frameworks

•Master degree or above in Computer Science/Information System/Statistics/Business Analytics and related fields, etc. Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms.
•Curious, innovative nature that strives to develop solutions and identify value creation opportunities for clients
•Build solid working relationships and align with different teams through effective communication in team-driven or task-oriented projects.
•Hands-on experience in solving complicated problems in different scenario using advanced analytics techniques. Good understanding of operational processes within industries including Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Products, Automotive, Transportation, Media & Telecommunications, etc
•In-depth and practical experience in building AI and Machine learning models, Deep Learning (Voice and Image recognition) and Neural Networks. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch), libraries (like scikitlearn, SparkML), and algorithms including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG)
•Experience in Big Data Technologies (Hive, Impala, Spark, Cloudera, Scala, Hortonworks, Mongo DB) and/or ETL and/or Data Integration (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator, Talend, IBM Datastage, etc.)
•High level proficient in Python, SQL, R and other languages, capable of algorithm design, coding and verification.
•Strong communication, team-work spirit and interpersonal skills. Desire to work in an international and challenging environment with an open mindset.
•Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, SAS Microstrategy is a plus, but not required.
