We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. 

Work you'll do

• Ability to set the stage for forward-looking, comprehensive, and sustainable risk management strategies by providing subject matter expertise, strategic advisory, and facilitating key decision making
• Ability to leverage a keen understanding of the client’s strategy to influence and advise client’s senior leadership on key risk decisions
• Ability to ensure an effective risk assessment compilation and mitigation plan execution in alignment with the enterprise risk framework, risk culture, and overall business strategy
• Ability to create and implement innovative and disruptive business process assessment and design solutions to better address a client’s business needs
• Ability to ensure reports and presentation are strategically aligned with the client’s goals and drive business success
• Ability to sell potential and current clients on Deloitte’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm
• Actively contribute to building the talent pipeline; create a talent experience that attracts, develop and retain top talent and high performing teams
• Build deep relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact
• Apply deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Preferably at least one certification of CICPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM
• Minimum eight years of related experience; preferably worked as consultant role in famous consulting firm
• Experience in risk control and business process re-engineering
• In-depth understanding of different services/products offered by the industry, including any value added Service
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Applies deep knowledge of disruptive trends and subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement and implement new/relevant solutions
• Builds brand and cultivates new and existing alliance opportunities
