The AP Clients and Industries (AP C&I) organization within Deloitte Asia Pacific is responsible for driving growth and alignment in sales processes across the Deloitte network in the region in order to deliver a consistent experience and the very best of Deloitte to our priority clients and strategic sectors in the region. An exciting opportunity exists to join our CRM Enablement Team who oversees operations of Jupiter, our internal Global CRM platform (Salesforce). The CRM Enablement team covers three core pillars Adoption, Functionality and User Support responsible for maximizing value for our front office teams and providing a consistent experience for our Clients. Jupiter represents a major step forward in Deloitte’s digital transformation journey enabling us to manage, retain and grow our client relationships, regardless of where our Clients or we are in the world. By the end of the Global deployment, Jupiter will be established in over 74 countries, making it the one of the largest global Salesforce deployments.

 

We are proposing ideal roles for flexible, top performing candidates with a few years’ experience who are interested in working with teams across AP, building a global network, and developing an understanding of our Salesforce processes and Client-focused organization. Work you'll do

•Team Responsibilities: 

  • Participate and contribute to Deloitte’s digital transformation by increasing user adoption, capturing accurate data and delivering meaningful insights
  • Provide analytical and insights support for key stakeholders across business units in Asia Pacific
  • Support CRM operations around sales management, reporting and marketing
  • Advise on best practices in application set-up, workflow and customizations
  • Promote analytics driven decision making
  • Develop reports/dashboards using Salesforce
  • Transform CRM data into actionable insights
  • Manage CRM data quality and ensure data accuracy
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Ad-hoc CRM related matters and areas you would like to drive improvement

User Support Enabler Responsibilities:

• Regional User Support
o Act as first line of support for tickets and emails from key AP users
o Apply and improve existing processes to ensure AP users receive swift support and are satisfied with the CRM platform

• AP CRM Team Support
o Support other work streams once User Support activities are completed
o Opportunity to lead ad-hoc initiatives
 Proposed Area of focus: Leadership & Ecosystem Reporting

• Ability to engage with busy leaders and professionals
• Strong communication skills required
• Working knowledge of CRM or ERP strongly preferred
• Attention to detail

• An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
• Diligent in execution and able to think critically
• Enjoy working with data to identify trends and make recommendations

• Analytical ability, with experience using MS Excel and PPT preferred
• Experience with business processes, analytics, data, predictive modeling or business intelligence welcome
• Familiarity with concepts like Macro/SQL/HTML/Python a plus

• Bachelor's Degree preferred – open to all fields demonstrating candidate’s ability to learn quickly and structure complex processes (Engineering, Programming, Statistics, Music, Literature, Sociology, etc.)
• 1 year of experience preferred

• English working language, other Asian language a plus
