About the Business

• Financial Advisory (FA) practice of Deloitte China provides strategic and financial advisory services to clients throughout all phases of the economic cycle. FA comprises several distinct but related global service lines whose shared principal objective is the creation and enhancement of shareholder and stakeholder value.
• Regional Economic Advisory-TOD (REA-TOD) under Deloitte Financial Advisory-Regional Economic Advisory service line, in the field of TOD, we have the full life cycle service capability from top-level planning to operation management of asset:
  • Top-level planning of urban TOD strategy and implementation strategy.
  • Corporate strategy consulting of TOD implementing subject, including TOD business/platform strategy, strategy for urban layout of TOD business, entry strategy for TOD relevant business, etc.
  • Overall planning and scheme optimization service of single TOD project, including preliminary planning, suggestion of asset operation, introduction of resource, etc.
  • Financial consulting services of TOD project.
• REA-TOD's clientele includes governments, state-owned enterprise, investors, commercial and residential real estate, and leading enterprises looking for entering TOD business.

Work you'll do

• Regularly and independently conduct the basic thematic research of TOD and regional comprehensive development
• Assist in TOD related research, including regional macroeconomic research and basic analysis, macro policy collection and basic analysis, related industry research and basic analysis
• Assist in conducting the field research of TOD project, including property market research and data collection and in-depth interview of relevant enterprises and government departments

We are looking for someone with:

•  Bachelor / Master Degree with major in Industrial Economics, City Planning, Information Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business / Trade, Management, or other related subject
• Analytical capability with logical thinking and good communication skills
• Self-starter, willing to solve challenges and work under pressure
• Strong communication and report writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Be a team player committed to maintaining the high level of integrity and to quality client service
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with data research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, WIND, iFind, Tableau, QGIS, Data Crawling, UI design, Software development, JAVA, C++, Python would be a plus
• CET-4 or above, or equivalent qualification
