Work you'll do
- Apply relevant HR functional knowledge to inform process and/or technology solutioning
- Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
- Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
- Recognize technology as a business enabler
- Manage own work against the project plan to ensure an excellent client experience
- Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
- Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
- Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
- Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools

- Bachelor or above degree holder in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
- Minimum two years of experience in consulting, preferably in reputable consulting company or with HR experience in corporation
- In-depth understanding of following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Maturation, activeness and commitment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Acceptance to business travel
