Work you'll do

• Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience
• Advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
• Make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success
• Generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities for our clients and the Firm
• Leverage financial information and business case to build support for a solution
• Project confidence, establish credibility with and influence clients at all levels
• Sell potential and current clients on Deloitte’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm
• Adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve clients
• Articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area

We are looking for someone with

• 6-8 years of consulting experience from a top-tier firm 
• At least 3 years in the last position 
• Deep knowledge of consumer business & retails, health care, M&A, supply chain and chemical, energy & resources industries 
• MBA from a top-tier institution (preferred, not a must) 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin 
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects 
• Proven capabilities for team development and coaching 
• Emerging business development skills 
• Proven core consulting skills including: slide design, document story lining, problem solving, analytics, modelling 
• Technical skills: strong written and oral communications ability, foster open dialogue amongst the team, strategic thinking, strong organizational capability 
• Industry focus: Life sciences, consumer business & retails, M&A, supply chain and chemical, energy & resources with specific China knowledge 
• Professional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team management 
• Leadership: effectively lead and mentor a team, demonstrated history of taking leadership roles both at work and outside of work
