Work you'll do
- Leverage expertise in an offering and sector to generate innovative solutions for clients and continually differentiate our offerings
- Set the transformation agenda by working with business leaders to address the human factors affecting their organization’s ability to reach its transformation objectives
- Make decisions with confidence based on analysis of available information to drive business success
- Articulate an informed opinion on leading edge technologies and how they affect emerging business models in domain area
- Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver an excellent client experience
- Project confidence, establish credibility with and influence clients at all levels
- Leverage financial information and business case to build support for a solution
- Adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve clients
- Generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities for our clients and the Firm
- Advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
- Sell potential and current clients on Deloitte’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.
- Bachelor or above degree holder in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
- Minimum eight year of experience in consulting, preferably in reputable consulting company or with HR experience in corporation
- In-depth understanding of following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc.
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Maturation, activeness and commitment
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and business development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Acceptance to business travel
