Work you'll do

  • Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption
  • Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
  • Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
  • Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
  • Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
  • Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
  • Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
  • Recognize technology as a business enabler
  • Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
  • Conduct business process review meetings and lead the evaluation of functional and technical requirements including user story development and grooming
  • Understand and translate client needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the client digital journey and digital transformation. 
  • Support the development and implementation of quality Digital Marketing solutions for the client and align delivery to business goals. 
  • Develop and deliver change management activities like end-user training to drive user acceptance
  • Perform the configuration and administration work of the application solution
  • Work with onshore and offshore technical developers on delivering the solution based on the business requirement
  • Plan and execute testing to ensure the application usability, including drafting test plan and test cases, conducting UAT etc.

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years or more of post-qualification IT consulting experience, preferably in Adobe Experience Platform solutions
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including Campaign, Analytics, Target, Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer etc.
  • Experience in setting up Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard or Journey Optimizer for clients including - build email templates; design and set-up workflows; set-up data model and resources etc.
  • Work out the Integration between Adobe Experience Platform solutions together with other platform such as MS Dynamics 365 etc.
  • Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g. Campaign, Analytics etc.) certification is preferred
  • Project management/Agile/Scrum Master certifications is a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good client management experience, and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel
