- Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
- Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
- Work with high profile clients on a variety of local and international engagements.
We are looking for someone with
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- Min. 8 years' experience in client facing and/or technology-related advisory roles; in consulting and/or implementing solutions leveraging a combination of customer technology strategy, future state architecture design and system implementation project delivery.
- Experience in a consulting environment, conducting multi-year digital/IT planning, customer journey modeling, innovation/ideation workshops, enterprise architecture design, and/or agile project delivery is preferred;
- Experience in leading at least two complex full-lifecycle digital/technology transformation project implementations;
- Familiar with Retail market technology trends is a MUST
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills in English and spoken Cantonese;
- Ability to work under pressure
