Work you'll do

• The role of IT Senior Manager is critical to ensure close alignment in strategy and plan between IT and Business and Enabling Functions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining positive business relationships with Business and Enabling Functions at all levels, understanding their plans and needs, and ensuring that IT services are able to meet business needs achieving organizational goals.
• The Senior Manager helps with prioritization of IT solution requests and approved projects, ensuring that IT projects align with the technology, policies and standards that best provides maximum return on investment, and helps direct IT strategy in support of the overall business goals.
• On a day-to-day level, the Senior Manager manages operational interactions with business users. He/She interacts with key stakeholders regularly to review IT service delivery and project status.
• Using the insight gained from excellent business relationships, the Senior Manager will help identify the need for new IT services/improvements and influence the management of existing IT services, ensuring both the business’s strategic goals and operational deliverables are met.

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in SAP project management and exposure of sizable enterprise system, with at least 3 full cycle implementation experiences in SAP Applications, S4 experience highly preferred
• Experience in SAP modules: FICO, PS, MM, SD (Any 2 modules need to be proficient)
• Experience in professional service industry is an advantage
• Experience in SAP ABAP programming is highly preferred
• Willing to also work on non-SAP applications
• Strong business sense and excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Occasional travel within China is required
