Work you'll do

  • Work with Learning and Development National leadership team to manage the development and implementation of leadership learning and development strategy  
  • Participate in meetings with Chief Talent Office, Business Talent Leaders to develop, enhance and refine the leadership learning and development strategy
  • Design, review and enhance leadership learning and development curriculum to support the learning and development strategy and align with global curriculum
  • Design framework and develop architecture for learning and development programs 
  • Manage ongoing development and innovation in the leadership learning and development curriculum to enhance learning impact, leverage leading practices and tools from the Global/AP geography firms and the marketplace
  • Implement new innovative learning approach and solutions to enhance the learning and development content and experience
  • Demonstrate strong experience in a range of learning delivery methods and blended learning approaches including facilitator-led workshops, eLearning, webinars, interactive tools / games and coaching / mentoring sessions
  • Demonstrate strong experience in talent development, focusing on career and succession development
  • Lead and supervise team of content curators or vendors focused on developing and maintain learning programs
  • Lead and supervise team of program managers/supports focused on all tasks required for program delivery
  • Develop and/or review learning materials, monitor the design, development and deployment process, and design delivery strategies
  • Deliver learning programs in bilingual language (English and Mandarin)
  • Design measurement mechanism to evaluate effectiveness and measure success of learning
  • Prepare effective communication plan to build awareness, create learner excitement, and increase level of commitment
  • Manage learning budget for the curriculum and responsible learning and development projects
  • Take up business advisory lead role to support the design and deployment of Business Unit technical curriculum
  • Take up coach role to perform coaching for team members 
  • Represent China in Global/AP learning working groups where needed
  • Be recognized as the Subject Matter Expert in the adult learning space; share expertise with others at Global, AP and local levels

  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, training and development or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in managing complex strategic projects, design and delivery of learning and development projects, vendors and stakeholders of all levels 
  • Experience working with senior business leaders at the regional/local level, as well as a multi-cultural team
  • Proven ability to effectively lead diverse teams virtually
  • Strong learning design and delivery experience in large professional services firms or global MNCs (preferred)

  • Willing to travel
