Work you'll do

To achieve the China firm's aspirations and strategy, we need to develop our people and ensure their readiness to compete effectively in the increasingly dynamic marketplace and become the undisputed leader in professional services in China. The digital learning and innovation team in Learning & Development National is responsible for developing excellent digital learning experience and providing supports in digital platforms/services. The assistant manager supports the manager of digital learning and innovation team and works with a small team, he/she is expected to:

• Lead and oversee the digital projects including the design, development, promotion, and maintenance of L&D digital platforms and mobile apps (e.g. Learning Management / Scheduling / Reporting Platforms)
• Create and maintain learning related content on digital platforms
• Design, develop and launch digital learning content (e.g. eLearning modules, bite-sized videos, multimedia files) 
• Work closely with the stakeholders from the global/local team and other cross-functional teams in implementing digital learning and innovation projects 
• Lead and support virtual and in-person learning delivery with technology-enabled tools
• Prepare data analysis on digital learning delivery (e.g. unique user analysis, usage of digital tools, digital experience survey)
• Manage vendor relationships including the identification of appropriate digital learning vendors through digital research
• Implement and manage project management changes where needed to meet the business needs and expectations

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor degree in IT, training and development or related field
• More than 8 years of experience in designing and implementing instructional design strategies and learning models and content development, delivering learning programs, preferably in sizable professional services firms or MNCs
• Experienced in working with digital learning platforms, including LMS and other Learning Mobile Apps
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate, Vyond, Prezi, and Microsoft packages
• Passionate in learning and development
• Creative and open-minded, open to try new things
• Excellent communication skills, both writing (English and Chinese) and verbal (English and Mandarin)
• Confident to interact with partners and senior leaders
• Have good people skills to build trusted relationship with stakeholders across functions and regions
• Good team player, comfortable to work with virtual teams and willing to participate in conference calls outside of normal working hours
• A self-starter, multi-tasker and able to work independently
• Strong project management skills, organized and have good attention to details
• Experience in program / project management including but not limit to setting program timelines, timeline, budget, resource allocation etc.
• Good research skills and be able to transfer the research knowledge to project
