About the Business
The AP Clients and Industries (AP C&I) team within Deloitte AP is responsible for driving growth and alignment within the Deloitte member firm network to deliver a consistent experience and the very best of Deloitte across the network to our AP200 clients in AP. The goal is to serve our AP200 clients with quality and distinction and make a measurable, tangible, and attributable impact.
An exciting opportunity exists to join the AP Clients & Industries team. As the AP Region Account Manager, you will be working alongside Regional Lead Client Service Partners (RLCSPs) and LCSPs to support the development and execution of client account strategies by providing leadership and operational support, help drive relevant account plans, and implement key initiatives for the assigned client accounts throughout the Asia Pacific region.
It is an ideal role for a versatile, top performing, experienced senior consultant / manager who would like to gain experience working with the AP organization, build a global network, and develop significant understanding of the AP C&I organization. It offers a unique opportunity to grow strategic planning and advisory skills, enhance operations management capabilities, and understand planning and execution of regional strategies.
Location: The candidate can continue to reside in their home country and fulfil the role, unless they wish to relocate by personal preference. This will be considered on a case by case basis. Individuals based in any AP cities where there are existing DTTL employees will be considered. The role may require travel (maximum 20 percent of the time when without travel restrictions) to meet with RLCSPs and LCSPs in multiple locations and attend leadership meetings.
Work you'll do
• Supports key Priority Accounts in the AP200 Portfolio in the Automotive Sector
o Lead or support strategic initiatives as identified during the year to deliver client leadership priorities and program objectives, including coordination with regional and member firm Clients & Industry teams to drive the development of strong account programs and capabilities
o Conduct detailed analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and research on client accounts and capabilities across the network of member firms and synthesize data into Executive-level findings
o Support development of storyboard, content, and data analysis for a high volume of presentations and reports for the AP C&I Council, LCSP Leadership teams, and other leadership forums
o Understand AP C&I and client account priorities and lead an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to planning and execution of our AP Client Leadership strategy
o Plan and manage preparation for regional and LCSP meetings, client, and other key stakeholder events working with local member firm teams, conference services, and other groups as necessary
o Support the annual account planning process for the key accounts using standard reporting platform (e.g. gCRM), including Excel-based report design and analyses, content management, maintenance of key data attributes, and stakeholder support
o Define and execute processes for gathering, integrating, and leveraging account information across businesses, regions, and AP member firms for key program outputs such as KPIs, capability/resource management and reconciliation
o Provide ongoing support on key strategic projects and ad hoc requests from R/LCSPs

• Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced degree in business administration preferred
• Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience that demonstrates superior management, strategy planning, and implementation experience; client relationship and leadership management in a professional services environment
- Sales experience preferred

- Client service experience preferred
- Ability to interact and interface with all levels, especially with leadership
- Ability to develop and deliver internal and external executive level presentations
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Preferably fluent in German but not mandatory
