Work you'll do

岗位内容：

       运维的服务管理交付工作，绩效考核、培训管理、知识库管理、服务报告等；

       运维团队的管理，运维人员的招聘、培训和职业规划、团队建设等；

       运维服务成本管控，成本细项的记录和跟踪，成本报告的制定；

       运维服务管理，能够完成客户项目的里程碑和运维服务的SLA

       承担客户管理工作，对于交付工作需要承担该客户的订单、收入、利润和Upsell的指标，同时保证客户满意度

       负责支持运维服务客户需求分析，业务机会识别，解决方案市场拓展工作；

       有外企项目经验；

We are looking for someone with

岗位要求：

       本科及以上学历，熟悉云&数据中心基础架构建设、运维管理、规划咨询等服务内容；

       具有至少10+ 年运维外包管理经验，有带团队管理经历、了解PMP和ITIL方法论。

       具有良好的口头和书面表达能力，具备较强的领导和项目推动能力、较强的组织协调能力，能与客户高层进行业务和管理层面的有效沟通；富有责任心、团队精神和创新精神，能够在压力下工作

       运维项目管理能力，能够完成客户项目的里程碑和运维服务的SLA；

       ITIL和PMP认证优先；

       在运维自动化、云平台、数据库、中间件、操作系统、云计算、大数据、Windows AD、存储、AI等有专业背景和运维管理经验者优先。
