Work you'll do
As a Consultant:
- Manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
- Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
- Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
- Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
- Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
- Present a cogent idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
- Recognize technology as a business enabler
- Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
As a Senior Consultant:
- Build and contribute domain thought-ware for use by the network
- Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy
- Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
- Produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
- Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients
- Incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options
- Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
- Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business
- Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations

For a Consultant role:
- At least 2 years of consulting experience
- Deep knowledge of the industry
- MBA from a top-tier institution (preferred, not a must)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects
- Proven capabilities for team development and coaching
- Emerging business development skills
- Proven core consulting skills including: slide design, document story lining, problem solving, analytics, modelling
- Technical skills: strong written and oral communications ability, foster open dialogue amongst the team, strategic thinking, strong organizational capability
- Professional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team management
For a Senior Consultant role:
- MBA degree from a top-tier program
- 4-8 years relevant work experience
- 3.5 or higher GPA; 700 or higher GMAT score
- Solid history of professional and personal achievements
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (required), Cantonese a bonus
