Title:  Senior Specialist(Lab Facilitator)-Greenhouse-Beijing

Using the three-part method, Environment, Elements and Approach, Deloitte China Greenhouse engages clients through immersive visuals and dynamic room configurations to take clients disrupt ordinary thinking, accelerate ideation process and explore new opportunities. In addition, with professional facilitation, collaboration tools & techniques and tested frameworks & IP, we further help clients speed up the production of business prototype and project design.

Work you'll do

• Skillfully use various methodologies to facilitate labs (e.g.strategy/innovation/transformation/digital) for client to achieve lab objective
• Leverage Global frontier facilitation approach to deliver labs for Global and AP clients
• Embed high-tech equipment and software into lab facilitation
• Quick team-up with cross-function teams to helping the client to achieve business breakthrough
• Responsible to coach internal facilitators, establish facilitator pool and design incentive mechanism
• The Lab Facilitator role is using research-based content, immersive methods and tools, relevant subject matter expertise, to facilitate client labs to discuss business challenges

We are looking for someone with

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: 

• Rich facilitation experiences, competent of facilitate various business challenges discussion;
• Familiar with innovation methodologies, able to embed innovation methodologies into business scenarios;
• Facilitator qualification or consulting experience preferred;
• Fluent in both Chinese and English in facilitation;
• Strong team-work spirit and interpersonal skill;
• Able to travel to different cities (SH/BJ/SZ);
• Bachelor degree or above one years or above work experience preferred.
