About the Business
We are a team of committed office administrative personnel striving to support China firm's operation in contributing to the overall achievement of its business objectives.
This is accomplished by:
Working together with various functions and departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of office policies and procedures
Providing a pleasant, functional and environmentally responsible working environment to our people to enable them to operate and serve our clients
Delivering a range of general administrative support services to facilitate operation efficiency and service excellence
Work you'll do
- Coordinate daily office and administrative work for premises team;
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance matters on premises, air-conditioning, cleaning, furniture, equipment, machines, security system etc.;
- Replenish stationery, copy paper and other supplies items;
- Liaise with building management and service vendors for facilities and equipment maintenance;
- Assist in office renovation and relocation projects;
- Outdoor work will be required;
- Handle any ad hoc project when required.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- Diploma degree or above
- Minimum two years' solid experience in office administration field
- Experience with a sizable property management company or multi-national corporation would be an advantage
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, motivated and result-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Good Command of written English and Chinese. Good spoken English is an advantage.
