Our professionals help clients across many industries flag, analyze, evaluate and manage strategic and operational risks while discovering opportunities to create value.     Business Risk team offers enterprise risk management and governance services, strategic risk advisory services, internal control consulting service, contract risk & compliance services, crisis management services, treasury management services for our clients from various industries, mainly focus on energy & resources, manufacturing, real estates, consumer business, pharmaceutical, and TMT industries.

Work you'll do

  • Ability to devise holistic, actionable, and optimized brand and reputation management strategies that align with the client's business strategy and vision
  • Ability to leverage an in-depth understanding of the client's strategy to plan and drive the development of impactful and sustainable risk management solutions
  • Ability to design corporate governance infrastructures that improve governance effectiveness
  • Ability to ensure Board members have the ability to effectively perform their duties through the design, development and implementation of Board assessment processes and tools
  • Ability to devise holistic, actionable , and optimized risk management strategies that align with the client's business strategy
  • Ability to employ a business-oriented and data-driven mindset to devise a sustainable crisis management optimize future responsiveness
  • Ability to design needs-based sustainability engagements that promote integration with relevant business practices, while enabling the attainment of strategic objectives
  • Ability to lead the development of sustainability reports and reporting processes to meet quality and objectivity standards
  • Ability to combine deep situational expertise offering domain expertise to make tailored recommendations that enable clients' sustainability agendas
  • Ability to advise client on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance strategic alignment with business goals, enable effective decision making and response, and monitor regulatory compliance
  • Ability to design data and technology-enabled business processes that enable value-adding business outcomes
  • Ability to increase quality, accuracy, and impact of reports and presentations by leveraging critical thinking, experience, and judgment
  • Ability to develop relationships, establish credibility with, and instill confidence in clients
  • Ability to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits
  • Build own understanding of our purpose and values; explore opportunities for impact
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent
  • Understand expectations and demonstrate personal accountability for keeping performance on track

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.

  • Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
  • Preferably at least one certification of CICPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM
  • Minimum five years of related experience; preferably worked as consultant role in famous consulting firm
  • Experience in risk control and business process re-engineering
  • In-depth understanding of different services/products offered by the industry, including any value added Service
  • Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
  • Mature, proactive and committed
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
