Work you'll do
Job Description of Senior Consultant / Consultant:
• Work closely with diverse Business and IT stakeholders to identify the challenges around business that can be addressed via various digital solutions
• Actively drive digital transformation and implementation through leading business case developments
• Engage in the design, development and delivery activities in Salesforce, Adobe, Data, Cloud, Trading ERP, CTRM or other digital solutions for clients
• Carry out allocated tasks in digital transformation and implementation on consulting engagements;
• Design technical solutions according to clients' business requirements;
• Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems;
• Be able to support project administration/management tasks including developing detailed work plans, manage status, etc.
• Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
• Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Draft reports for manager review, ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and quality/ performance standards
• Responsible for reviewing the work of the subordinates and ensuring the professional standard of service to clients is maintained
• Assist our practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation and part of the team for bidding of global / regional opportunities.
• Practice Deloitte human-centered design methodology to conduct customer experience design under the digital context

• Analyze broad and vertical experience trends to provide inspirations or benchmarks
• Visualize and prototype the designed experience for digital solution realization
• Design user journey to reflect desired and advanced digital experience

• For Consultant, at least 3 years’ experience within the digital transformation and consulting domain. For Senior Consultant, at least 5 years.
• Good understanding of advanced digital solutions with hands on implementation experience as business analyst in Salesforce, Adobe, Data, Cloud, Trading ERP, CTRM, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches)
• Experience in advisory project, especially in digital transformation project is a plus
• Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong consulting experience, including engaging directly with clients
• Must hold bachelor degree or above with distinctions in the academic performance. Master degree from overseas top institutions are highly preferred
• CFA/FRM/CPA certification owner is a plus.
• Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate leadership abilities with good organizing skills
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus.
