Work you'll do
Competencies expected to you:
• Develop and leverage expertise in a domain to enable the client’s strategic agenda
• Apply relevant Deloitte methodologies/ tools and relevant domain knowledge to design solutions to enable a client’s business agenda.
• Build and contribute domain thought-ware for use by the network
• Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
• Produce a high quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience
• Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients
• Incorporate financial information when evaluating strategic options
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving
• Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business
• Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 4 years' experience in Digital Customer Strategy, Marketing Strategy; help clients design, and prototype customer strategies and new propositions to create growth in digital and physical worlds.
• Strong capability of empathy and communication; working experience with strong human interactions such as education, NGO and interactive design is a plus.
• Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Creative, flexible and self-confident
• Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting.
• Always take the initiative, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and willing to work under pressure and travel
• Demonstrate leadership abilities with good organizing skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• A fast learner and strong team player
• Have strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation of traditional industries in the digital age
• Proficient in MS Office
• Visualization capability is a plus such as using design tools or drawing.
