Work you'll do

Work You'll do:
·       Gather and analyze functional requirements from interviews and workshops with end users
·       Assist clients in defining end user persona,customer journey and key processes
·       Provide recommendations on customer related processes with digital transformation solutions
·       Analyze customer behavior data and identify customer requirements
·       Work with developers to implement CRM solutions
·       Support business development within the practice

·       3 – 7 years of Technology Consulting experience in CRM solutions / Digital Transformation
·       Familiar with latest technology trends and innovations, including AI, big data, IoT, cloud computing, RPA, etc.
·       Familiar with CRM solutions, such as Salesforce, MS CRM or Open source solutions, etc.
·       Ability to articulate technology concepts in a business understandable manner
·       Excellent presentation and report writing skills 
·       Good learning capability and teamwork 
·       Fluency in English and Mandarin
