Work you'll do

Competencies expected to you:

•    Assess trends and technologies and apply insights to quantify the potential impact and value on the business.
•    Integrate client needs, technical possibilities and business requirements to solve complex problems
•    Leverage expertise in a domain to enable client’s strategic agenda.
•    Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
•    Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
•    Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
•    Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients
•    Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
•    Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
•    Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
•    Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
•    Support the development and sale of Deloitte’s services to potential and current clients

•    Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people

•    Deliver exceptional client service; maximize results and drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
•    Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
•    Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
 

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.

•    Bachelor degree or above 
•    At least 6 years' experience in Digital Customer Strategy, Marketing Strategy; Experience as project lead to help clients design, and prototype customer strategies and new propositions to create growth in digital and physical worlds.
•    Strong capability of empathy and communication; working experience with strong human interactions such as education, NGO and interactive design is a plus.
•    Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
•    Creative, flexible and self-confident
•    Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting.
•    Always take the initiative, self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and willing to work under pressure and travel
•    Demonstrate leadership abilities with good organizing skills.
•    Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
•    A fast learner and strong team player
•    Have strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation of traditional industries in the digital age
•    Proficient in MS Office
•    Visualization capability is a plus such as using design tools or drawing.
