About the Business

    Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.

Work you'll do

  • Responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of HR including talent branding in campus and recruitment, workforce planning, talent development and succession management, employee relations, performance management, retention, and change management initiatives
  • Counsel and coach stakeholders on management best practices, HR processes, policies, regulations and other sensitive HR issues. Ensure resolution of employee relations concerns including management of compliance investigations with related analysis and documentation.
  • Responsible for talent program execution in Nanjing office
  • Internal/external inspection, e.g. inspections required from RRG, internal audit, various external ad-hoc and annual labor government inspection.
  • Local regulation verification and implementation
  • Managing the on boarding & off boarding procedure
  • Implement company's campus recruitment/experience hire plan
  • Organize the campus activities in target universities
  • Other jobs assigned

  • Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, commercial or business related major
  • At least 8 years HR experience in a sizable multinational organisation preferred, HR generalist experiences is a must
  • Good project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with stakeholder management at all levels and demonstrates strong organization skills Flexible and able to perform under pressure
  • Strong team working ethics but also able to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially for Excel and PPT.
  • Be able to work independently with high integrity
