Work you'll do
This Position holder will support in design and implementation of various C&B initiatives and programs to achieve our talent strategy; and will independently manage day-to-day work in Total Rewards team.
- Takes leading role for compensation annual regular programs including annual merit increase guideline and its implementation
- Take initiatives to closely monitor market trend and collect market information, and assist annual compensation planning and setup of a competitive and effective C&B structure and system which support business growth objectives
- Partner with the business and support HR leaders for C&B projects or programs to drive business transformation including digital transformation
- To be involved in merger and acquisition projects, provide advice and benchmarks for compensation and benefits practices
- Extensive research internally & externally; Information and data collection and analysis
- Other tasks assigned by leaders.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, human resources or business related major with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a sizable professional service firm or multinational organization is preferred
- Strong expertise in compensation and experience in supporting digital transformation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, attention to details and accuracy
- Detail oriented, well organized and able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication & interpersonal skills and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Highly proactive, open minded, self-motivated and be able to learn quickly
