About the Business

  • Clients & Industries(C&I) established a community with regions, functions and various platforms of Deloitte China firm, as well as aligned Asia-Pacific and Global Client & Industry to achieve Focused, Measurable and Impactful results, and contributed to firm's quality Revenue, Reputation and Relationship for clients and the market.
  • Knowledge Services enables our professionals to leverage the full breadth of Deloitte’s global capabilities in service to our clients. Knowledge Services (KS) professionals connect people to knowledge, focusing on essential knowledge management activities such as: managing intellectual property, curating project experiences, capturing and connecting expertise, sustaining networks within and across teams, and enabling the leverage of third-party content. 
  • Aligned to China Knowledge Services Team, FA Knowledge Specialist will work closely with China National Knowledge Leader (NKL), China FA Knowledge Manager, and aligned stakeholders in executing KM projects in support of China FA priorites. The role will also coordinate knowledge activities to foster a more robust knowledge exchange aligning to Global CoRe Knowledge Services (CoRe KS) strategy and approaches.      

Work you'll do

  • Support China FA Knowledge Manager and China NKL in maintaining strong relationships with China FA stakeholders and other enabling area team (e.g., Technology, Talent, Communications), as well work with China KS team members to ensure a coordinated approach, where applicable, to deliver knowledge services in collective efforts
  • Proactively identify knowledge opportunities in China FA and bring up to China FA Knowledge Manager to develop knowledge plan that articulates KS support to China FA strategic priorities
  • Work with China FA Knowledge Manager to drive usage and contribution to global knowledge platform by effectively managing local culture agenda and communication channels
  • Consistently drive the collection of strategic local eminence, qualifications, proposals and expertise, in support of the identified priorities/hot issues, aligned to and beyond Knowledge Sharing Expectation basics
  • Work with KS central team to publish knowledge contents, following local risk-approved process
  • Work with KS central team to improve overall user experience of global knowledge platform in China FA by testing knowledge platform/process as well raising issues/sharing feedbacks
  • Work with China FA Knowledge Manager to integrate global knowledge tools into local technologies/processes

  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Library Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Management, Journalism and/or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years of total work experience; experience in a global professional services organization preferred
  • Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools; SharePoint/Yammer experience a plus
  • Experienced, independent thinker with proven project management experience; ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and deliver results
  • Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player
  • High comfort level working, managing resources, and collaborating in a virtual, global environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change; experience managing change, acting as a change agent to influence others
