About the Business

The eDMS Support Team is part of the Deloitte Consulting National Function Leader Office, and works closely with China Consulting practitioners to track, acquire, quality check, cleanse, publish and manage content to the eDMS System(System introduction could be referred below). It includes project summaries, sales material, and client engagement deliverables, among other content. We intended to leverage the efforts to support China Consulting's knowledge management and help practitioners find relevant content just in time to win new projects or deliver quality deliverables to their clients in an effective way.

Engagement Document Management System(short for eDMS System) aims to provide an online document management platform for all functions. In addition to document upload management, it also supports project teams to organize and submit different documents involved in the project process in stages for review and archiving after the project is completed.

Role Description:

Deloitte Consulting National Function Leader Office’s eDMS Support Team is seeking highly motivated Specialists/Senior Specialists with primary responsibility for quality assurance and knowledge management. The successful individuals will be to influence stakeholders across different levels in Consulting Practice and level up his/her overall concepts of consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support Consulting Practice’s file retention process by conducting quality review of the projects document in the knowledge management system.
• Understand each project’s project scope and deliverables, and check the comprehensiveness of the uploaded documents.
• Provide preliminary comments of the documents and determine the quality check result with the team leader.
• Communicate the result with Project Partners and Project Managers from different project teams to ensure the quality of the documents.
• Track system issues, route the issues to different co-workers of the system and follow up the issue till it be fixed.
• Prepare communications and training materials related to knowledge management.
• Provide team leader with reports on quality data for greater efficiency.
• Ideate and create projects that can help automate the processes within the team.

We are looking for someone with

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above with 2-4 years of consultant experience, consulting or professional services companies experience is a must.
• Understand project life cycle and have rich project delivery experience, either implementation projects or non-implementation
• Great logical thinking and comprehensive analyzing ability in various kinds of documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with senior professionals and deal with conflicts in a mature a professional manner.
• Proven track record of working effectively and building strong relationships with different levels of co-workers in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel and other office software; ability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure; a self-motivated fast learner adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.
